About 2003.11.21 ("Popular?")

Maybe we all knew someone like this. (Or you were one yourself!) I mean... how did they get away with this stuff? But they did! This comic has the bonus of using 5 items of clothes (well 6 if you count the pair) that came from other webcomics that have linked to WILT. (I would have put in a scarf for Instant Classic but I did already profess my love using the help of one...) The clothes are from, head to toe: hat, glasses, cape, t-shirt, slippers.
